CHALLENGE: increase the use and dissemination of this benefit that customers have and many do not know. In addition, due to the variety of the audience, it needs to be attractive, offering an easy-to-use interface.
In the most recent project, we worked on a complete overhaul of the service. We developed a new look, new platform, including apps. I participated in the organization of the project and guidance of the design team, stimulating and supporting the ideas created by them.
