CHALLENGE: support the area manager in the process and restructuring of the teams. How to make a big change in a new format.
I followed the entire process of defining the new structure, being able to contribute with a new look, reflections, doubts and use some design resources to create more visual material during the discussions. After the announcement, we did a team setup process. We had conversations with the managers to understand a little more about the challenge they saw for the group, context (whether they already worked together or not). Based on this, using Team Canvas, we made the necessary customizations for each group.
It was a great opportunity to get to know the members of each team, to kick-start a team process, where they themselves build their routine, their goals…
RESULT: with the information from TeamCanvas, we built a simple page for each team on the area’s website. Made in SharePoint.
